About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to spearhead the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the long-term product vision, translating it into a clear and prioritized roadmap, and leading the evolution from a single product to a multi-product platform. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in AI and B2B SaaS, who can identify market shifts, customer needs, and emerging technologies to integrate into the product strategy. The VP of Product will also be tasked with establishing a structured yet adaptive product development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, AI-led products, and maintaining a strong focus on business and customer impact. Applicants for the VP of Product role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product leadership, with at least 3 years at the VP level in B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a product organization and shipping AI-powered or data-driven products with measurable business impact. A deep understanding of product management, design, and engineering is essential, as is the ability to foster a culture of high trust, feedback, and accountability. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with both strategic vision and operational rigor, and who is passionate about clear metrics, intentional design, and cross-functional collaboration. The VP of Product will also be responsible for team leadership, external representation, and ensuring that product decisions align with the needs of frontline workers and the strategic priorities of customer leadership.
