About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product to lead the strategic vision and execution of its mission-critical platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission to transform special education and mental health service delivery. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in product management, particularly in managing products with multiple stakeholder groups and complex user workflows. Experience in healthcare or EdTech, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, is strongly preferred. The VP of Product will also be tasked with driving product differentiation strategies, ensuring product initiatives have a significant impact on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, and leading the integration of emerging technologies to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Applicants for the VP of Product role at the company should have at least 12 years' experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in senior product leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-sided platforms, enterprise software products, and experience in scaling product initiatives at companies with significant revenue. Key skills include strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, exceptional communication, and team leadership. The role demands a leader who is adept at balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders, championing exceptional user experiences, and driving a data-driven, customer-centric product culture. A strong educational background, including an MBA, and experience in a remote-first, mission-driven organization are also preferred.
