About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take ownership of the global product strategy for its AI automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining a long-term vision that is in line with enterprise automation, AI enablement, and customer value. This role involves building and leading a global team of product managers and cross-functional collaborators, driving thought leadership in the development of autonomous software agents, and ensuring the convergence of various technologies to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The CPO will also be tasked with overseeing product releases, maintaining quality and performance standards, and implementing rigorous product lifecycle governance. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise product management, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role. A proven track record in scaling SaaS or intelligent automation products, as well as experience with AI/ML, RPA, or intelligent decisioning systems, is essential. The role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management skills, and strong commercial acumen. A background in highly regulated verticals such as financial services or healthcare is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being preferred, and direct experience with the relevant technology stack, including Blue Prism platform architecture and ecosystem. Familiarity with agent-based modeling, autonomous task frameworks, and cognitive automation is also desirable.
