About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product for its premier product line. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution. This role demands a deeply technical product leader with a proven track record in driving innovation, technical and operational excellence, and market leadership. The VP of Product will be expected to champion a forward-thinking strategy for leveraging AI and other new technologies, establish and operate against key performance indicators, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure the product aligns with the company's mission. Team development and leadership are also critical, as the role involves building and mentoring a high-performing, integrated team across product management, design, engineering, and operations. Applicants for the VP of Product role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' product management experience, with a focus on leading a significant product line or business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be adept at diving into system architecture discussions, and have a proven track record of earning the respect of engineering teams. Business acumen, data fluency, and product marketing expertise are essential, as is the ability to operate in a dynamic, high-performance environment. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with discomfort and ambiguity, and who can maintain a focus on continuous improvement and growth. While domain expertise is not a primary concern, the ability to go broad and deep across strategic, technical, and operational contexts is highly valued.
