Our client, a top media and entertainment company, is seeking a Contract Administrator (Manager) to support the Contract Administration Department, overseeing the administration of contracts for Above-the-Line talent across multiple television series. This role requires strong organizational skills, business and contract administration expertise, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with production, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with company and guild requirements while managing critical contract workflows. Location:

Onsite (Mon-Thurs) at Burbank, CA office | Remote on Fridays Assignment Duration:

September 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (possible extension) Schedule:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (overtime possible with approval Compensation:

$38-$48/hr DOE*** (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

? Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee contract administration for Above-the-Line talent across multiple series. Create and maintain payment schedules for writers, producers, and directors. Book episodic directors for television series and prepare related documentation. Draft episodic director forms and support light drafting work as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and union/guild agreements (WGA, DGA, SAG-AFTRA). Collaborate with finance, legal, and production executives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of contracts. Track, organize, and manage large volumes of data and documents. Provide high-level administrative support and assist with additional projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of business or contract administration experience, ideally in television production. Strong knowledge of business administration and contract administration processes. Familiarity with WGA, DGA, and SAG-AFTRA rates and guidelines. Excellent communication skills, with ability to liaise professionally with executives across departments. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skill. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NetDocs, Airtable, Blast, and SAP Concur. Accounting experience. Previous experience at a large media conglomerate.

Additional Details:

This assignment is full-time, onsite Monday-Thursday in Burbank, with remote work on Fridays. Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle highly detailed work. Positive, proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills are essential. Possibility of extension beyond March 2026, though not guaranteed.
