Virtual modules on first day and annually Estimated Weekly Salary Range:

$1780 - $1910 Travel RN Qualifications

Active Maryland or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience (2 years for HICU; 1 year for other units) Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) Proficiency with Cerner electronic charting system Preferred: Experience in LTAC, Trauma Level I, and previous charge nurse roles Clinical skills in ventilator care, tracheostomy, chest tubes, PICC lines, complex wound care, and dysrhythmia management Professional references required Ability to float between multiple LTAC and ICU units within scope of practice Strict adherence to facility time and attendance policies Travel RN Responsibilities

Float between HICU (ICU step-down), Brain Health Unit, and LTC Ventilator Unit as needed Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with complex medical, neurological, and respiratory needs Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition using specialty equipment (telemetry, ventilators, G-tubes, chest tubes, etc.) Administer medications, blood products, and manage non-titratable drips Support acute rehabilitation and chronic condition management Facilitate patient engagement in group and individual activities (Brain Health Unit) Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner Comply with strict attendance and punctuality standards
