Expedite customer orders where possible and shortages with buyers; provide updates to customer service. Ensure work orders are current, not past due, and not held in pick status for extended periods. Support reduction of past-due sales, monitor and resolve quality issues, and drive OTD performance. Contribute to High Performance Work Teams and demonstrate flexibility across environments. Support plant continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports and correspondence for supply chain management professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing. Assist in developing and implementing procedures and techniques to improve scheduling efficiency. Ensure compliance with applicable contract flow downs (FAR, DFAR, ITAR, etc.).
