Intralox, L.L.C., a global leader in conveyor equipment and modular belting systems, is seeking an

Oracle EBS Lead DBA with proven experience in manufacturing environments . This role is not a generic DBA posting - we need someone who understands how Oracle EBS supports production, supply chain, and shop-floor operations inside a

global manufacturing company . You will lead a DBA team that ensures stability, performance, and reliability of our manufacturing-critical ERP systems. Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities Lead the administration of Oracle EBS with emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain modules (Inventory, WIP, MRP, BOM, MES integrations) Ensure database stability and performance for global manufacturing operations that rely on high availability and throughput Oversee patching, cloning, migrations, and upgrades for ERP and manufacturing-linked environments Build and execute backup/recovery and disaster recovery strategies Monitor Oracle environments with OEM and related tools to sustain production uptime Troubleshoot complex issues that impact shop floor and supply chain processes Partner closely with manufacturing IT, MES, infrastructure, and operations teams Mentor and supervise a team of DBAs (onshore/offshore) Create and enforce SOPs, runbooks, and best practices that prioritize manufacturing reliability Serve as the escalation point for database issues affecting production and supply continuity Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience 10+ years hands-on DBA experience in Oracle EBS, specifically supporting manufacturing and supply chain modules Proven background working for a manufacturing company with global operations Strong skills in RAC, Data Guard, Oracle 12c/19c multi-tenant Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, RMAN, Data Pump, performance tuning, and automation scripting Experience migrating environments from on-prem to cloud or hybrid models Familiarity with shop floor integrations, MES/SCADA systems, and supply chain processes Leadership experience managing DBA teams and supporting critical production environments Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills Nice-to-Have / Differentiators

Prior work directly inside a manufacturing facility or manufacturing IT team Hands-on exposure to WIP, MRP, BOM, MES, and logistics modules Experience with Exadata, GoldenGate, or other high-availability tools Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion/OCI) implementation or migration experience
