About the Team
The Business Systems team designs, builds, and maintains internal systems, applications, and infrastructure across the enterprise. Whether architecting infrastructure for complex warfighting simulations, helping the sales team track deals, or powering critical cloud services, the Business Systems team of engineers are there to support. We are looking for a PLM Developer/Engineer to lead our team of developers and partner with cross functional teams across the company to develop customizations for our PLM tool.
What You’ll Do Collaborate with team members in developing solutions for our PLM tools and our various downstream systems
Level up our team’s applications through quality code contribution
Have an area of deep expertise in a portion of the full stack (i.e. backend, frontend, integration)
Customize our PLM tools with custom applications, workflows, datamodel updates, etc.
Work with a high-functioning team of solution engineers and cross functional teams with an emphasis on finishing business-critical projects
Help troubleshoot PLM technical issues including those related with deployment, configuration and ongoing support
Lead a small team of developers, provide design input, prioritization
Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements
Programming experience in Teamcenter server side(ITK), BMIDE, SOA, Workflows, Dispatcher and AWC customizations
Exceptional strategic problem-solving capabilities, adept at navigating complex technical trade-offs
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams
Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraints
U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating PLM and downstream systems (ERP, MES, etc)
Knowledge of Databases, Server Management, Performance Tuning
Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to solve problems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
US Salary Range: $130,900 - $196,350 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are part of Anduril\'s total compensation package.
