Pay : $26-36/hr Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our food manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment while supporting food safety, quality, and reliability standards.
Job Duties:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues. Support equipment setup, operation, and shutdown. Maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS. Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, safety, and food defense policies. Partner with supervisors and team members to improve reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Hands-on maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing. Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and HMI operations preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime flexibility. Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated industries a plus
