The Role
We're looking for 2 Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Miami (Doral) team and support operations during the peak season. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure the facility runs smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and takes accountability seriously.
What You'll Do
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
- Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments.
- Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
- Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.

- Ability to quickly process shipments and stay organized under pressure.

Job Details
- Schedule: Part-time, 15–30 hours per week, flexing up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
- Positions Available: 2 Seasonal Hires.

- Pay Range: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour.
