Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates into roles that meet client and company needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for connecting people with opportunities, and a drive to meet placement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across industries and levels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking and reporting using recruitment software (ATS).
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent pool dynamics, and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a staffing agency environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, depending on client needs.
