What Custodians Do

• Efficiently clean client buildings during the work shift (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, trash removal)
• Maximize the quality of service and present a professional company image
• Use supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service

What A Custodian Will Be Measured On

• Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences or tardies

Custodian Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to consent to/pass a background screen
