At Rapid Response Monitoring, a custodial team member is responsible for maintaining the facility, including performing repairs and maintenance tasks, as well as maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organized environment. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks, waste management, sanitization, stock management, supporting outdoor spaces, and some repair work.

Location:

• In office, Corona, California

Pay Rate:

Starting at $17 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time or Part-Time: Afternoons, evenings, or overnights. Requires weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance such as changing light bulbs, power washing, and painting.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform physical work and operate power equipment used in janitorial tasks.
• Ability to follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Demonstrate professionalism.
• Manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
