MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN DIEGO, CA OR LAS VEGAS, NV Salary expectations : $60-70K Job Responsibilities
- Duties include, but are not restricted to those of a clerical and administrative nature which have an impact on company and departmental data / records including those of a highly confidential nature
- Answers phone and takes messages
- Prepares reports as requested
- Issues documents in accordance with departmental rules, legal or statutory requirements
- Schedules and organizes complex meetings, conference calls, and training sessions
- Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries
- Works under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
- Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred Experience

The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
