Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact initiatives including Foundational Data Model Restructuring and OneStream Planning. This role is responsible for driving project success across scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring seamless integration across systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, and OneStream.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to define requirements, manage risks, and implement change strategies that support enterprise-wide transformation. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning technical execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise system projects, including data model restructuring and financial planning optimization. Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure integration and compatibility across systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, and OneStream. Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and vendors to define project scope and deliverables. Monitor project health, manage dependencies, and escalate issues through governance channels. Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with project charter and schedule. Communicate project updates, changes, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate status meetings, prepare reports, and manage RAID logs and budget tracking. Implement change management strategies to support adoption of new systems and processes. Ensure smooth project handover and closure, including documentation of lessons learned. Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of project management experience, including enterprise system implementations. PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Workday, OneStream Planning, Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Oracle Essbase. Experience with data modeling, system integration, and EPM tools. Proficiency in project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS DevOps. Familiarity with Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies. Proven success in finance transformation and multi-system projects with diverse stakeholders. Experience managing remote teams and navigating complex organizational structures. Skills & Personal Qualities
