The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Management to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company's enterprise revenue management strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, including at least 5 years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles. The VP will be tasked with setting and achieving long-term and short-term revenue targets, leading strategic pricing and inventory control, and ensuring the company's revenue strategies are in alignment with commercial, sales, marketing, and operations initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in both branded and independent hotel environments, influencing executive-level decisions, and working directly with ownership groups. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree. Deep expertise in revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution is essential, as is advanced proficiency with various revenue management and business intelligence tools. The role also involves leading a team of revenue management professionals, championing diversity and inclusion, and driving the adoption of technology solutions to enhance performance. The VP will be expected to travel regularly and work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the dynamic hospitality industry.
