Services Lead

Warehouse - Indianapolis, IN

Hours 8.00am - 4.30pm

Temp to hire position

Oversee day to day operations of the facility completing all customer requirements/requests.

· Supervise and evaluate staff; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance when necessary and appropriate.

· Follow customer schedule for all areas of the warehouse.

· Train new hires and ensure a safe work environment.

· Set goals and oversee schedule, track assignments.

· Handle all customer information with confidentiality.

· Communicate with customers regarding products and services needed or completed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Some prior experience in supervisory role

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills

. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to perform key job functions.

· Proven leadership skills with a diverse workforce

· Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients

· Strong project management abilities

Sitting, standing, bending and Lifting of up to 50 lbs.

· Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

· Pay is based on experience
