About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Professional Services to play a pivotal role in the strategic vision and execution of service delivery for its Professional Services Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global team of over 70 professionals, including engagement managers, architects, and engineers, and will be at the forefront of the company's go-to-market strategy. This leadership position demands a unique blend of skills, including deep industry knowledge in DevSecOps, cloud platforms, and enterprise software delivery, as well as a proven track record in managing large-scale service delivery projects and teams. The VP will be tasked with managing the professional services P&L, building and maintaining strategic client relationships, and ensuring the excellence of service delivery, all while driving service attach rates globally. Candidates for the VP, Professional Services role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and a strong background in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and modern technologies.
