About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Business Services to lead its global business services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all lines of business services, including Medicaid, rebates and fees, chargebacks, state, and pricing transparency. This role involves directing and leading managers to ensure strong client relationships and service delivery, as well as developing and leading a team of business services professionals. The VP will also be expected to stay current on the commercial and regulatory landscape in the life sciences sector, build subject matter expertise in government program regulations, and support pre-sales and sales activities. Applicants for the VP, Business Services position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
