The ideal candidate will possess experience in the following areas:

1. Pre-Construction Design Review
2. Estimating & Budgeting
3. Preparing Contracts
4. Scheduling
5. Cost Control
6. Quality Control
7. Safety Management
8. Field Coordination & Supervision
9. New Construction (Out of Ground)

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial projects
2. Detailed knowledge of construction estimating and project management
3. Ability to lead outside general contractors, subcontractors and fellow team members
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Procore
7. Must be able to multi-task and run several projects at once
8. A strong entrepreneurial attitude is key
