Job Title: Clinical Nurse - NICU Unit

Location: New York, NY

Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required

Schedule: 34.5 hours/week, 3 shifts per week (11.5 hours/day).

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $70/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)

Role Overview:

Clinical Nurse will provide safe, competent, and quality care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at a Level 3 facility. The nurse will deliver care based on nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet the complex needs of neonatal patients. This position requires expertise in NICU care and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), BLS.
• License: Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Specialization: Experience in Level 3 NICU care.
• Technology: Familiarity with EPIC preferred.
  
  

• Non-negotiable: BSN required for this position.
• Candidate Requirements: Strong NICU RN with expertise in neonatal care.
