Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family that promotes optimal patient outcomes.
- Meets the educational needs of patients, families, and co-workers by utilizing principles of teaching and learning.
- Delegates nursing care based on staff qualifications, competency, and patient care needs.
- Successfully completes the job-specific competencies listed in the RN evaluation tool.
- Manages a busy practice professionally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Evaluates unexpected and critical situations, weighing pertinent information to make appropriate decisions with minimal assistance.
Qualifications
- Education: Registered nurse degree from an approved nursing school.
- Licensure: Valid RN license in ND or a compact state. CPR certification.
- Experience: At least one year of hospital or clinic nursing experience.
- Skills: Basic clinical skills in patient care; must obtain BLS certification within 480 hours of employment.

CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, now part of CommonSpirit Health, has been serving our community since 1920. We offer primary care, specialty care, family medicine, 3D mammography, orthopedics, neurology, and other health services.
Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Clinic RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individual patient care according to policies and procedures. The RN assists physicians in clinical duties to ensure high-quality care and promotes patient wellness, maintaining standards of the State Nurse Practice Act.

Pay Range
$27.77 - $40.27 per hour
