As a Security Professional Retail Patrol in Reno, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a bustling retail environment, you will play a key role in helping to deter incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone at the location. Your presence and routine patrols throughout the area will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a sense of comfort for customers and staff. You'll be a visible resource, ready to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication whenever needed. Position Type: Full Time Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related issues. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behavior in the retail environment. Availability across various days and shifts Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
