These positions are responsible for on-site operation of a Philadelphia Candies retail shop, ensuring that staff, product, and shop operations are handled in accordance with Philadelphia Candies’ guidelines and corporate philosophy in the areas of sales goal achievement, customer service, cost control, visual merchandising, policy compliance, and safety.

Dayturn Associate (Full Time) Role:

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees
Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.

Nights / Weekends Associate (Part Time) Role:

Availability 2 - 3 days per week
Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 9 PM
Saturday / Sunday 9 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 9 PM

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous retail experience, ideally 3+ years retail management and/or sales associate experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
