Business Analyst (Scrum Delivery)*

Our Engineering client is seeking a Technology Business Analyst that will play a central role in coordinating delivery across our client’s data transformation programs. Focused on agile practices and program-level alignment, this individual will partner with Product Owners and technical leads to manage dependencies, support release planning, and drive accountability across multiple squads. Serve as the Agile Lead across multiple squads, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum and Agile practices.
· Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives) across squads.
· Act as delivery manager, ensuring predictable delivery through release planning and progress tracking.
· Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
· Bachelor’s degree or applicable years of experience in lieu of degree
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager
· Experience supporting multiple agile teams within a program
· Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence or other agile software a plus
· Fundamental understanding of technical terminology, preferably experience in data program delivery.
