General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Field customer complaints when necessary Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Qualifications:
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations About Company The Tru and Home2 Suites by Hilton are located in downtown St. Louis. The hotel is walkable to the Americas Center and the Enterprise Center, each within 10 minutes. We’re also surrounded by several parks, museums, coffee shops, and dining. Busch Stadium, St. Louis City SC Stadium, and Gateway Arch Park are all within a 10-minute drive. We’re also 15 minutes from World Wide Technology Raceway.
