Role Requirements We're looking for a skilled professional who can contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives. Pediatric assisting experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Assist the pediatric dentist chairside during exams, cleanings, and restorative procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to OSHA/HIPAA standards. Take radiographs (digital X-rays) and dental impressions as directed. Help comfort and support young patients throughout their visit. Maintain supply inventory and assist with back-office flow. Qualifications: Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required. Pediatric or orthodontic assisting experience strongly preferred. CPR certification. A caring, patient-focused attitude and ability to work well with children. #MNSTR
