We are seeking a dynamic **Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Attraction Partner** based in our **Chicago office** who will focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships and internal talent channels to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.
This role combines relationship management with proactive talent identification to create sustainable talent pipelines for our organization.
