Lead, unify, and inspire teams across

Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Ecommerce, and CX Recruit, train, and build

next-gen talent—while replacing underperformers fast Set and enforce

playbooks, KPIs, and accountability systems Spearhead

in-store execution , trade marketing, and AI-powered category strategies Negotiate and close

high-stakes contracts with vendors, retailers, and national distributors Deploy

ERP, CRM, and sales automation tools

to scale performance Be the

go-to closer —confidently sitting across from C-suites to ink deals that drive growth Mentor leaders , build succession plans, and elevate internal talent at every level Responsibilities & Focus

Turn order takers into

high-performance consultative sellers Lead the team in

category growth, AI-driven insights , and

target-smashing performance Launch and manage

spiff programs, vendor incentives , and

category captainships Wholesale Distribution & Retail Execution

Own the

entire in-store execution playbook : slotting fees, planograms, endcaps, shelf real estate Help customers

grow their categories

with data, strategy, and support Dominate shelf space

in every channel—Cannabis, Tobacco, Convenience, Grocery, and more Marketing & Ecommerce

Drive demand with

CRM + AI-powered targeting, retargeting, and conversion systems Align sales and marketing into a

single, revenue-focused growth engine Create unstoppable

pipeline velocity and long-term customer stickiness Customer Experience & Retention

Build systems that

simplify every touchpoint —from onboarding to reorders Earn the title of

“easiest distributor to work with”

across every vertical Required Qualifications

15+ years leading revenue teams in

CPG, Cannabis, or Wholesale Distribution Proven success managing both

Sales Reps and Account Managers Deep command of

slotting, planograms, endcaps, trade marketing , and

vendor incentives Experience closing with

national distributors (McLane, Core-Mark, UNFI, etc.) Strategic thinker with hands-on mastery of

AI-powered sales and category tools Relentless competitor— you hate to lose , and you never settle for second place Preferred Experience

Cannabis or alternative retail trade exposure is a

huge plus Master’s degree (or equivalent leadership track record) History of scaling revenue from

$50M to $100M+ , while improving margins and market share Compensation & Perks

Base Salary:

$180,000 – $230,000 (DOE) Bonus/Equity:
