Reporting to, and working closely with, the Chief People Officer, this purpose-driven, high-impact Talent & Culture leader will develop and enhance talent strategies and programs that drive and advance the achievement of organizational objectives through a High-Performance Culture (HPC). This role is pivotal in embedding our client’s Purpose, Values, and Behaviors into the fabric of how they lead, perform, and grow. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that activate culture, enable performance, and elevate talent—ensuring our client’s people and leaders are aligned, inspired, and equipped to deliver on our mission.
It is expected that the Talent & Culture leader will be a thought partner to the CPO and ELT. Learning agility is crucial; this impactful Director will instinctively and consistently remain open-minded and educated in new thinking in order to drive the required level of change and innovation to win.
In addition to working closely with the Chief People Officer, this Talent & Culture professional will work closely with the CEO, ELT, and the HR leadership team.
Key Responsibilities Champion Purpose & Values Champion and embed our client’s Purpose and Values across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance to recognition. Lead culture activation campaigns that bring those values to life, including “Customer First,” “Bold Collaboration,” “Act with Integrity,” and “Never Stop Learning.” Design and facilitate experiences that help leaders and teams internalize and model these behaviors in daily work. Oversee Performance Management, ensuring the Purpose and Values are embedded in all aspects of the process.
Enable High Performance Evolve performance management practices to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable progress through OKRs and behavior-based feedback. Partner with leaders to reinforce a culture of excellence, urgency with discipline, and ownership of outcomes.
Elevate Talent Management Integrate High-Performance Culture (HPC) principles into talent planning, succession, and development strategies. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and grow talent aligned with our client’s values and future capabilities. Support the design and execution of leadership development programs that build behavioral discipline and strategic capability.
Drive Change & Engagement Develop toolkits, communications, and workshops that support behavior adoption and cultural alignment. Facilitate listening sessions and feedback loops to ensure cultural resonance and continuous improvement. Serve as a visible advocate and coach for leaders navigating change and transformation.
Measure & Improve Own the strategy and execution of measurement efforts related to engagement, behavior adoption, and cultural health. Leverage data from culture surveys, customer satisfaction, and OKR achievement to inform strategy and interventions. Ensure metrics are actionable, transparent, and aligned with enterprise priorities. Build talent metrics to inform planning and decision-making. Maintain ongoing relationships with external content experts across a range of relevant learning and development topics to stay current on best practices and trends.
Professional Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Culture Transformation roles. Proven success leading enterprise-wide culture or change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments. Deep understanding of performance enablement, leadership development, and behavior-based talent practices. Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with OKRs, behavioral frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions. Track record of developing and executing talent programs that drive a High-Performance Culture. Passion for purpose-driven leadership and creating inclusive, high-performing environments. Experience with problem-solving methodology and strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor to members of the leadership team and to the broader employee base. Ideal experience includes a blend of large, established organizations and smaller, more nimble companies.
