Job Type: Part or full Time (4–5 days/week) Pay: $20~25/hour About the Position: We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our dental practice as a Local Marketing Assistant. This is a hands-on marketing role that involves connecting directly with the local community to promote our services and build brand awareness. If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, organizing events, and being creative with marketing materials, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct local outreach, including door-to-door marketing to nearby homes and businesses Plan and assist with local events such as open houses, school visits, or community fairs Design and distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials Visit and establish relationships with nearby businesses and community centers Track and report on outreach efforts and results Collaborate with our in-office team to align marketing efforts with our brand and services Requirements: Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Publisher, etc.) or willingness to learn Ability to walk and carry materials for door-to-door outreach Basic dental experince Marketing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Work Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week (flexible scheduling) Typically during regular business hours (some occasional evening or weekend events) Compensation: $25 per hour All materials provided by the office Mileage reimbursement available for certain tasks (TBD) How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief note about why you're interested in this role #MNSTR
