Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager leads all aspects of warehouse fulfillment operations, E-commerce preferred.

Warehouse Operations

• Direct daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products via UPS and DHL.
• Using KPI's to improve proceses preferred.

Inventory Management

• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels of all products to ensure product availability and minimize backorders.
• Partner with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory flow and warehouse space.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and coach warehouse personnel, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and safety/quality standards.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable team culture built on communication and problem solving.

Shipping & Logistics

• Ensure on-time and shipping via UPS, DHL
• Manage inbound, putaway, inventory and outbound logistics, including scheduling, claims, and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience; E-commerce fulfillment experience preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) UPS/DHL).
• Proven ability to manage peak seasonal order volumes with accuracy and urgency.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
