Position Overview Learning Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable

E-Test Monitor

to join our Instructor Resource Management team. This role is essential in supporting and facilitating electronic testing sessions at various client sites. ⚠

Candidates must have an open and flexible schedule

and be willing to work in

all Puget Sound locations: Renton, Seattle, and Everett.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions. Ensure proper check-in procedures, compliance with testing guidelines, and classroom readiness. Maintain the schedule, equipment, and overall operations of the assigned testing area. Replenish supplies and conduct pre- and post-session tasks, including cleanup. Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and needs. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to the Delivery Services Manager as needed. Stay informed on subject matter content requirements. Assist instructors during classes by supporting students with computers, distributing materials, and helping to maintain a safe lab environment. Potential for transition into an instructor role depending on performance and client needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Strong customer service focus and interpersonal communication skills. Basic technical aptitude: able to assist with PC login, basic troubleshooting, and navigating software (including Microsoft Excel). Well-organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively. No prior aerospace experience required.
