$1320 - $1410 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or multistate compact license Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Strong clinical skills in emergency care, critical thinking, and leadership Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department using the Nursing Process Utilize scientific judgment and demonstrate leadership in planning and providing safe patient care Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience Supervise and direct assigned healthcare personnel in the delivery of patient care
