Marine Biology Club Advisor
Description:
A wide variety of clubs and activities is offered to students of Everett High School. Involvement in such groups adds significantly to the high school experience of our students. Club advisors serve as mentors to students, helping them design their own experiences, activities, and events, and giving students a voice, choice, and agency.
Working Time:
After school during non-contractual hours throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
Qualifications: Knowledge of the subject area of the club. Experience working directly with high school students. Preferred Qualifications:
Teacher or staff at Everett High School Essential Duties:
Meet regularly with club members throughout the 2025-2026 school year. Assist students in advertising club meeting times, dates, and locations. Assist students in creating a year-long calendar of activities, meetings, and events. Assist students in recruiting club members. Record and keep a log of member attendance for every club meeting. Collect any fundraising money and turn it in to the main office. Participate in school-wide events to promote high school activities and clubs. Supervise club activities, including any approved field trips and fundraising activities. Attend meetings of club advisors. Complete all required paperwork.
