Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals battling behavioral health challenges. If you're a dedicated, empathetic, and skilled mental health professional looking for an opportunity to grow and innovate, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions Ensure the milieu (treatment environment) is structured, supportive, and conducive to recovery. Implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. Assist in de-escalating crises, utilizing trauma-informed care techniques. Document session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports according to agency policy. Participate in daily interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care. Support medication and safety compliance Provide education and resources to patients and their families. What You Need

Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Active Florida LCSW or LMHC license (LMFT or CAP-only certifications are not eligible). Experience in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting (preferred but not required). CPR Certification Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
