13 weeks (October 20, 2025 - January 19, 2026) Healthcare Setting:
Acute Care, Level 1 Trauma Center Nursing Shift:
10-hour day shifts (830-1900 or 1030-2100), every 4th weekend, required call shifts (1-4 overnight calls/week, 3-4 late/flex shifts/4 weeks) Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary:
$2380 - $2550 Dress Code:
Ceil blue scrubs provided; must follow surgical dress code Charting System:
EPIC EMR Operating Room RN Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience Ability to work independently and adapt to all surgical specialties Flexible with scheduling, including late shifts and overnight call Must not have worked for Sanford Health within the past 6 months OR RN Responsibilities
Circulate for one operating room, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, acute care environment Participate in required call shifts and work every 4th weekend Adhere to hospital and surgical dress code policies Complete orientation to the unit within one week, including EPIC charting and ESAR privileges Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
