Summary: This role has emerged due to team restructuring and Return-to-Office (RTO) impacts, with several key team members transitioning out by year-end. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in data engineering and analytics, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute to scalable, production-ready solutions. You'll work closely with senior data scientists, engineering teams, and trusted vendor partners to support ongoing development, reporting, and data transformation efforts. This is a high-impact role with visibility across NPR/NPI teams and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Engineering & Analytics: Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows using Python and SQL/Snowflake. Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI. Assist in the integration of GenAI tools and techniques into existing data workflows. Project Support: Collaborate with senior team members on end-to-end project delivery. Contribute to scalable solutions that can be transitioned to other internal teams (e.g., LPSD). Participate in validation testing and code reviews to ensure data quality and reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with NPR/NPI teams and other engineering groups to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Coordinate with internal leads and external vendors to align on priorities and timelines.
Required Technical Skills:
Python Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and model development. Data Engineering / ETL SQL / Snowflake Power BI GenAI experience (Using for data collection, modeling, analysis, summarizing and combining it with ML for predictions, optimization, etc...)
Nice to Have:
Machine Learning: experience with supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms Azure DevOps / Azure Repos
Soft Skills:
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical insights into business-friendly language Problem-Solving: Creative and effective solutions to data-driven challenges Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and openness to feedback Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$40.00 - $57.00/hr.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, four weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, mobile phone reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.
