to support our client's logistics operations. 100% Onsite - Houston, TX 77042 Employment Type:
Full-Time (Client Benefits Included) Salary:
$43,000 - $45,000 annually What You'll Be Doing
Send arrival notices and updates to clients and partners Collect original bills of lading (OBL) and manage miscellaneous charges Monitor customs clearance and ensure timely communication Coordinate release of IPI (Inland Point Intermodal) shipments via rail hubs Schedule and follow up on door-to-door deliveries Process correction advice and maintain accurate documentation Support General Order (GO) procedures Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams Build strong service relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment Perform other administrative duties as assigned
What You Bring
1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative support College degree preferred Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Word and Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to requests Professionalism in handling high-volume inquiries A team player with a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail

$20.67 to $21.63 per hour
