Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to provide advanced care in Level-III NICUs. This role includes high acuity interventions, neonatal transport participation, and collaboration with neonatologists and subspecialists. Candidates will join a supportive team focused on clinical excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on care across four Level-III NICUs Manage approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and 10,000+ births annually Provide advanced interventions (high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, total body cooling for HIE) Participate in neonatal transport program and emergency stabilization Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists Engage in quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development Support families throughout the NICU journey with compassion and communication
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree or higher Valid NNP license Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) Valid DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start) Valid CSR/CDS license
