The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for the properties we manage and will entail monitoring the front entrance, receiving packages, and providing assistance to residents as appropriate.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday from 4pm - 12am.
Job responsibilities include:
Staffs the lobby desk, greets and assists residents and visitors entering or exiting the building, answers resident inquiries, answers phone, logs resident issues or concerns, and notifies the appropriate individual of any security concerns. Monitors security cameras, exterior doors to the building and maintains a secure environment for residents. Accepts deliveries and scans packages into BuildingLink. Maintains/signs out carts and storage room keys, as well as reservation log for BBQ grills, fire pits. Monitors vendors and contractors. Follows all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures and functions in accordance with the property's rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the assignment of duties that are logically related to the position. Requirements
The position requires a high school diploma and at least 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role. Must have good technical skills and phone etiquette. Must be able to deliver superior customer service and able to manage interacting with a variety of people from residents, to vendors, to delivery staff and contractors. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines as well as the ability to be neat and organized.
