Receptionist Job

LHH is looking for a Receptionist to provide office support for our clients in Cumberland, Rhode Island. These modern offices are looking for someone to handle front desk administrative tasks but will also assist with office management procedures including liaising with vendors and clients. This position will pay $20-24/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities: Calendar management, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence

Answer and screen phone calls

Board meeting set up

Office maintenance

Requirements:

Experience as a Receptionist

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Superb written and communication skills

Flexibility on working hours and schedules

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
