Job Summary:
This position involves general housekeeping and cleaning of the facility.
Essential Functions of Classification - Custodial Job: Sweep and mop rest rooms, clean commodes, and urinals, sinks and mirrors, empty trash cans Sweep and mop canteen, clean table, fill napkin holders, assures condiments are accessible Clean wipe canteen machinery Fill paper holders as needed Keep rest rooms and canteen walls free of grease Sweep employee entrance clean Sweep aisles in locker area, keep trash off top of lockers During summer months, keep liquid drink mix prepared and cups in canteen Clean water fountains Sweep and mop quality assurance and supervisor's offices Vacuum or sweep front offices, dust as needed, mop as needed, empty trash Requisition cleaning supplies as needed Any other duties assigned Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good communication Team player with good attendance history. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Must be able and willing to work required hours and overtime if necessary Ability to multi-task Safety Requirements:
Wear all required PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear, latex gloves Requirement to complete safety and work-related training: Bloodborne Pathogens Comply with all established safety rules and policies. Report unsafe conditions, all accidents, and near misses immediately to Supervisor or Manager. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
