Any ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active and unencumbered RN license (New Mexico or compact state) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene preferred Ability to float to Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units ER and Med Surg nursing experience required Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travel nurses ICU RN Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, including ventilator management and titration of critical drips Perform patient hygiene and medication mixing as needed Float to ER and Med Surg departments as required Maintain accurate patient documentation using MedHost EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide compassionate support to patients and families during critical care situations
