Full-Time | Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-3:00 PM + 1 Saturday/month (8 AM-12 PM) Pay Range:

$18.00-$20.00/hour

We're currently seeking an

experienced Veterinary Assistant

to join our team. This is a

backfill role -our seasoned VA of 10 years is moving on, and we need someone who can confidently step in, support the team, and help guide some of our newer assistants as they gain experience.

What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of veterinary assistant experience

(must-have) Skilled in canine/feline restraint, radiographs, blood draws, in-house lab testing, vaccines, and medication administration Confident monitoring patients under sedation and anesthesia. Strong client communication skills Experience with veterinary software (Avimark a plus!) Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to pitch in on occasional afternoon shifts if needed Your Role in the Pack

Assist doctors with exams, treatments, surgeries, and procedures Perform blood draws, administer vaccines/medications, and run lab tests Monitor patients safely under sedation and maintain accurate records Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients Support and mentor newer assistants as they grow their skills Help keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment organized and ready for action Why Joining Our Community is the Way to Go
