Insight Global is seeking a Project Specialist for one of our security integrator clients in Raleigh, NC. This resource will be responsible for traveling to client sites in the greater Raleigh area to install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of systems including security, life safety, and building automation systems. This resource is the key point of contact for technical support and training for the customer and is accountable for maximizing customer satisfaction. This individual must be comfortable working independently to complete tasks such as, but not limited to, panel wiring, installation, and programming.

Required Skills & Experience • 2+ years in a technical role within the security or similar industry • Programming skills with one of the following access control certifications: • Lenel • Genetec • Software house • S2 • Experience with access control, video management, fire alarm, or intercoms • Proficient in panel wiring, programming, cable pulling, access control, etc. independently in commercial environments • Comfortable with end-to-end installation • Valid driver's license

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
