Lead & Supervise Nursing Team - Manage nursing staff across all shifts, ensuring coverage, competency, and quality care. Oversee Patient Assessments - Conduct and review patient assessments, identify high-risk indicators, and document care histories. Collaborate on Treatment Planning - Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team sessions and coordinate patient care. Manage Medication Systems - Oversee creation and reconciliation of medication administration records (MARs) and ensure compliance. Provide Direct Patient Care - Deliver nursing assessments, interventions, and discharge planning in collaboration with clinical staff. Ensure Compliance & Quality - Maintain adherence to Joint Commission standards, Indiana state regulations, and federal licensing requirements. Develop Nursing Staff - Supervise and evaluate staff, provide training, and support ongoing professional development. WHO YOU ARE

REQUIREMENTS
Education: RN license required; BSN or higher preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years in mental health or substance use disorder settings (acute or residential). Leadership experience required. Administrative Skills: Experience with HR functions such as scheduling and performance evaluations. Infection Control: Knowledge of infection control standards and practices. Certification: Current CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
