Must-Have: - Charting System experience - Adaptive Equipment knowledge
Description: This position involves working in an outpatient setting. The therapist will provide care to a diverse patient group. Daily responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with a patient ratio and familiarity with charting systems. Skills in manual therapy, dry needling, and adaptive devices are essential. Therapists will work with various diagnoses, including orthopedic and neurological conditions. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is expected. Patient education and family involvement are critical components of care. The role requires a commitment to quality patient outcomes. Flexibility in staffing needs may lead to occasional weekend shifts. Strong communication and time management skills are necessary for success in this role. The clinic sees a daily census of approximately 48 patients. Clinicians are expected to remain current with best practices in physical therapy. Additional duties may include participation in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
