We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to take on a key role in our team and company vision going forward. The BI Engineer will get an opportunity to work and build world-class data platforms utilizing advanced technologies. BI Engineer will also help build a foundation for BI platforms and set best practices.
Responsibilities:
Own & operate our BI stack - architecture, security/governance, releases, performance. Design & build real-time dashboards and self-service reporting for exec, product, ops, and finance teams. Optimize data pipelines (AWS, SQL/NoSQL) and establish CI/CD for analytics workloads. Document & evangelize BI best practices, data definitions, and usage guidelines. Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications:
5+ yrs building and maintaining BI/analytics solutions on cloud data warehouses. Strong SQL + experience with AWS (QuickSight, Redshift/Glue/Lambda) and CI/CD tooling. Proven skill in modeling large relational & NoSQL datasets for performant dashboards. Proven track record applying data governance practices with strong emphasis on PII protection, while implementing agile DevOps practices. Bonus: Familiarity with P&C insurance data, Applied Epic, and Salesforce. Benefits
